How do you prepare your gourmet cookies and treats?
Tincredible Treats are fresh baked and prepared with only the finest ingredients. Shipped the same day they are prepared, each package is sealed to maintain that fresh-from-the-oven, soft and chewy goodness you’ve come to crave.
How long will my gourmet gift stay fresh?
Since Tincredible Treats products are preservative-free, it’s best to store cookie gifts in a cool, dry location for optimal freshness.
- We recommend enjoying cookies within 7-10 days of your gift.
- You can also freeze cookies for up to two months.
- Our hand-dipped chocolate products are best eaten within 4-6 weeks of delivery.
Gourmet nuts and trail mixes have a 3–4-month shelf life.
Do your gourmet gifts contain nuts?
Yes, we do use peanuts and tree nuts in our facility. In addition, Tincredible Treats complies with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282) and label our products accordingly.
Are Tincredible Treats gluten-free?
Our bakery is not a certified gluten-free or allergen-free facility, as products are produced in a facility that handles gluten-containing products.

How do you prepare your gourmet cookies and treats?
Tincredible Treats gourmet cookies and snacks are freshly baked and handmade just for your order. We use only the finest ingredients and ship the same day they are baked. They are best enjoyed within 7-10 days of delivery. Each chocolate confection is hand dipped and decorated. When stored in their original packaging, they are best when enjoyed within 4-6 weeks of delivery.
What type of images can I upload?
By uploading and applying an image (“Image”) to Fresh Beginnings, you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images, and (b) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images. Fresh Beginnings reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any Image: (a) it believes violate the copyright or other intellect property rights of any person; or (b) it deems offensive or could otherwise harm the business of Fresh Beginnings. File types accepted for image upload are .JPG, .PNG or .BMP files and must have a minimum size or 1000px X 1000px.
How do I create an account?
It's so easy to create a Tincredible Treats account to track your gift orders and purchase history.
- Click the people icon at the top of the page next to the Tincredible Treats logo.
- Fill in your name, email address, and create a password, then click the Create button.
- We'll send you a confirmation link to your email.
- Click the confirmation link to access your new Tincredible Treats account and begin creating a one-of-a-kind gourmet gift your friends and family are sure to love.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top righthand side of our site to edit your account information.
Can I save multiple addresses for future orders?
You sure can. Your account has an Address Book to store and access multiple shipping addresses for yourself or friends and family. Need to delete an address? Just click Delete next to the address you wish to remove.
Oops! What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password to your Tincredible Treats account, enter your email address on the account login page and click Forgot My Password. We'll send you a link to the email associated with your Tincredible Treats so that you can reset your password.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact the Tincredible Treats Customer Service team. We would be happy to assist with an exchange or return of your order. Please contact us within 72 hours of gift delivery or receipt. We’ll happily make it right! For assistance, please call 1-833-412-0376 M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
What if my gift is incomplete or I receive the wrong items?
If you feel that you have received the wrong or an incomplete order, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery to discuss your options.
What if I don’t like the photo/ quality once seeing it on the tin?
Our gifts are meant for you to celebrate those special moments in your life and share with family and friends. Please submit photos with a minimum of 300 dpi (most cell phone photos are fine!) We will try our best to let you know if we see quality issues that will affect your tin design before we print it. If you are not satisfied with the image on your tin, please contact customer service.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options including:

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to your order. The amount of sales tax is based on the shipping address and will be added to your order before checkout.
Where can I find my current invoice and past purchase history?
Click the person icon at the top of the page next to the Tincredible Treats logo to log into your account. You’ll find your current order and order history.
